My Students

Dynamic, creative, energetic... these are just a few words that describe my students! The students at our elementary school love coming to the library and choosing books of all genres and topics.

As the librarian of a small Title I rural school, I have the opportunity to work with students from many backgrounds.

It is important to have a collection that supports them. Every week they have an opportunity to learn something new, and more importantly, to learn about things they are interested in!

My Project

The library is a place to learn, grow, and be inspired. To do this, we need books that are current and relevant to the students. As a small Title I school, funding is very limited.

The books chosen for this project focus on age-appropriate literature for all my READERS!

They need a wide variety of fiction and non-fiction!
