This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom library needs an upgrade! I want my students to visit the classroom library daily. I want my students to have an interest in the books in our library. I need to build my library with new and interesting books that children enjoy and want to read.

In order for me to spark the love and interest in reading, I have to purchase new books with my students' interests in mind.

During silent reading time, they choose books from the library to read. My students enjoy sitting on the carpet and enjoy reading books.
