This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are an excited bunch of kindergarteners in the heart of our city. We are gearing up for first grade and we are READING! We need new leveled books in our room.
Having an in-class library is going to be beneficial for all of the students.
We will be using this during our literacy stations, free choice reading, and buddy reading throughout the day. This library has variations in levels and text type. It is going to be perfect for all of these curious little learners.
Building a classroom library takes time, but the outcome is well worth it. We are very limited with books, and our library is outdated. These students are eager to read and share what they have learned all year. Your donations will help open pages of adventures.
