My Students

My classes are filled with wonderful and compassionate students who are trying to make their school and community a better place for everybody! They attend a small school in a very rural farming community. The students and school are plagued by the poor economics of the area and the continual lessening of funds provided by the state.

Despite these situations, these students want to succeed, and we need to fully prepare them to meet the world!

I must commend their courage and compassion for learning and try to provide them with what they need.

My Project

My students are incredible readers and they have requested this series because they are anxious to read it. They have read other books and series by Norihiro Yagi and really want more! This is one we don't have in the library yet. I want to give them the books they want to read so their skills continue to grow and the habit of reading a good book stays with them forever!
