This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are truly the best! They love coming to school each day and try their best. I have loved watching them grow so much already this year! My students love to read and to take home books from our library to have their parents read to them.

I would love to give my students the gift of literacy this holiday season.

I would love to give each student a copy of two books we have read in class, "Snowball Soup" and "The Biggest Snowman Ever." They can read them at home during winter break. It will be the perfect way to send them off before the holidays.

Our school district supplies all of the basic supplies we need. These books would be going above and beyond to further promote literacy at home.
