My Project

Incentives for students motivate them to be more productive because they create a feeling of pride and achievement. Being successful makes you happy. Every success story helps students become more self-confident. They are proud and also encouraged to achieve another successful result.

Classroom reward systems can be an important part of classroom management, increasing work ethic and helping students develop self-management skills.

This year, my students are more challenging, and a good reward system is necessary. I am requesting a variety of incentives, such as Disney books, to empower my students to want to achieve greatness and feel successful. These incentives will encourage my students to be productive in learning both at home and in school by offering rewards. This is especially important for learners who struggle including English Language Learners.
