We offer a unique education that utilizes the incredible natural and human resources within Yosemite National Park, fostering a deep sense of environmental stewardship. Learning is achieved in a respectful and supportive environment that enhances integrity, respect, responsibility and compassion for others and the world as a whole.
Our school is set in Yosemite National Park and offers a multiage classroom for TK-8th grade students with a project-based curriculum that fosters curiosity & life-long learning.
Our tuition-free public charter school serves families in all nearby counties and accepts enrollment on an on-going basis.
My Project
Our school is growing and our literacy needs are too!
Help our students fall in love with reading!
LITERACY OPTIONS & ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS:
Our TK-2nd grade students in our multi-age classroom are in need of more books at various reading levels. We would love to be able to provide them with a wide range of options to help them continue to build early literacy skills.
Book bins will help keep books from different reading levels organized & easily accessible so students can independently find books at their own individual reading levels.
SPANISH-LANGUAGE TEXTS:
Additionally, we would love to expand our options for Spanish-language books to support our bilingual readers. These resources will also help support all TK-8th grade students through our Spanish Foreign Language courses.
Please consider supporting the growing needs of our small, rural school in Yosemite National Park!
Thank you for supporting our local public charter school!
