it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Reflex integration is crucial for the proper functioning of motor control, coordination, and overall learning. These reflexes, which are automatic movements that develop in infancy, should ideally integrate and disappear as children grow, but in some cases, they persist, leading to difficulties in tasks such as writing, balancing, and focusing, and subsequently academics in general.
These books contain exercises to help students address retained primitive reflexes that may interfere with learning, coordination, and behavior in the classroom, which will be performed by the students to help with these various skills needed for academic performance.
Through the donation, students would receive personalized interventions, including activities and exercises designed to stimulate the nervous system and promote the integration of these reflexes. They also may involve interactive exercises that engage the student’s body and mind, such as specific movements, balance tasks, or visual tracking activities, to assist with reflex integration.
