Books for High Schoolers to Promote Emotional Freedom!

My Project

The books in this project are all about organizing the mess in your mind! It's about how to stop focusing on the past that is over, or the future that may never occur, and being present in the situations that you can actually have agency in. It's about how to rewire the anxious connections in your brain, and switch your mental programming and beliefs.

Adding books that promote emotional freedom and calming our souls will greatly benefit high school students!

With the rise of "BookTok" on social media, which includes users sharing their latest reads, I have noticed an increase in my students' interest in reading again! I look forward to watching them grow their love of reading, and add a new larger bookshelf to fit our favorite novels, display the book of the week, and meet their needs mentally!
