My Students

My sweet class already has my heart with their adorable, toothless grins and the excitement with which they greet the day! They come through the door in the morning eager to share a story from the previous evening, or something they think one of their classmates will find interesting.

I truly feel like my students are part of my family.

I want them to have everything they need to succeed and do their best both in and out of the classroom. This group of kiddos are motivated to learn and do their best!

My Project

Lately, my students have been requesting books from several chapter book series. They get so excited when I bring a new book into the classroom that they've been wanting, and they all can't wait to read it! There are 55 students in my two reading classes, so it makes it difficult to always have enough of the type of book that they all seem to be wanting.

My classes can NOT get enough of the "I Survived" series, Choose Your Own Adventure books, Bailey School Kids series, and the biography series, "Who Was".

To add to these libraries would make these kiddos SO happy and excited to read.
