This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thank you so much for considering this special project. Spanish books for ESL students is a project based on providing books for ESL students, who struggle with reading texts in English. This project would give them the opportunity to enjoy books in their native language. Our school has over 50% of a Hispanic population and we are constantly getting amazing ESL students throughout the school year. While I already have a couple Spanish books in my library, this project being funded would give these sweet students a wider variety of books to choose from.
