My Project
My exuberant 4th grade class with 7% second language learners are asking for high interest reading books. They range in grade level proficiency from 2nd to 5th, which requires individualized reading support to meet their needs.
In order to learn to write reading response entries in their notebooks, my students need carefully chosen books and TPT teacher materials to guide them through designed lessons.
I use many available resources to make sure my students have the books at multiple levels to find evidence that develops comprehension. This means that they need books that are engaging to open the possibilities of shared reading experiences.
