My Project
Thank you so much for helping me set my students up for success in eleventh grade English this year. Last year donors helped me create a reading corner with two beautiful book shelves, the books on this list will become a wonderful addition to these shelves. We also received a mini fridge that I stock with water and snacks for my students, the snacks will help me fill the snack basket! No child should be distracted from learning because they are hungry or face food insecurity. Lastly, providing pens, pencils, highlighters, etc., when so many parents face economic struggles at home, ensures that all students have a level playing field in the classroom, and the focus is on reading, writing and learning to enjoy literature in all forms. Thank you again for helping me to create a warm, inviting environment for my students.
