My Project

My students love to look and read books. Books built literacy skills. Young children need to be around books. Classoom librairies are the key component to the classroom. Reading daily helps children learn about shapes, math concepts, alphabet. They learn new vocabulary. Picture books introduces the art world and literature. My students choose books to read at rest time. They continue to amaze me with the new vocabulary words they come up with after they read their books. My goal for this project would be introducing them to a variety of books.
