My Students
My students are a group of highly energetic and motivated first graders. They love to learn and delight in sharing their knowledge with others. My students come from diverse backgrounds and our school is located in a high needs area. With that in mind, I want to give my students every advantage that I can to be successful and reach their full potential. We learn from one another on a daily basis and strive to be cognizant of what we can do to help others through learning and caring. Being able to fully meet the diverse learning styles in my classrooms is something that I strive for on a daily basis.
My Project
These books are just what my students need! They are engaging and will support my struggling and emergent readers with wonderful picture and sight word support. These titles are ones that are right up my students’ alley as they are current and provide the students with exactly what they need to be successful readers and build upon their fluency, too! I am so very excited to help my students get these fabulous books! They are just what they need to build confidence and fluency! Please help make this project a reality for my students! Reading will tick in my classroom! WooHoo!
