The seat pockets I was able to purchase for my students have helped them do just that. In PreK we are always seeming to need new materials and it is so helpful to have them with the help of you.\r\nSecond, the materials have been a perfect fit for the class so far. Our sensory table is the perfect size and currently we are working on holding scissors and cutting. We started this as a small group project, and it is now a choice to practice at the sensory table. The bonus of this is that we use the scraps from cutting for other projects.\r\nThe blue chairs have also been a great addition to our library area and also for the small about of time they use technology for some math games. They worked out perfectly for my group and we are loving it!\r\nI hope you know how much your donation has helped me to transition my class to a great start to the new school year. Because of this, I was able to create work menus which allowed them to complete tasks at their own pace. While some students worked independently, I could meet with others at the teacher table since I didn't need to facilitate getting them started on technology - it was a complete game changer! Also lots of pictures with words to help with print awareness: thanks to you I had the laminating paper I needed to do this and will be doing the same for our next unit of Farm to Table. \r\n\r\nThe headphones have also been a hit. We only use tablets for 2-10 minute sessions a week for math activities, and the kids love the headphones. It gives them privacy and keeps them on task. We have been using this program for about a year now, and it has shown amazing growth in our math skills.
