My Project

Think back to when you were just learning how to read... was there anything better than curling up with a good book and letting your imagination run wild? Having a soft, comfortable, and welcoming area to read in makes reading much more fun! This project will supply our classroom with beanbag chairs to add to our reading corner, and books and letter stamps to help us grow our reading skills!

Students LOVE having a soft, cozy, and welcoming area to read in!

These supplies will help make sure that students are excited about reading, and look forward to spending their time with a book, practicing their skills along the way.

Additionally, the books in this project will help our class to focus on Black History Month, and allow students more representation among our classroom library. Lastly, the letter stamps will be used to add more independent spelling practice to our reading centers.
