Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom library is mostly beautiful: it has books in lots of genres, books by different authors loved by children, and books in different languages (This is largely due to great donors like you). However, the one significant must-change in the library are the bins. The current bins are old, and many of them are cracked, broken, or falling apart. Many times I have to mend them with tape, if possible, or replace them with different bins available at the school.
My goal for this project is to obtain high-quality book bins where our wonderful books can be stored and kept safe and available for all the readers.
My students absolutely love reading and are always looking for a new adventure in their reading. Will you please consider funding this important project?
