Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students, understandably, fell in love with the fruit snacks we got from DonorsChoose.org from our last project. They have also been checking books out back to back.
These new books will give the students new stuff to read and yummy snacks to eat!
My kids are avid readers and enjoy reading book series. That's why I included two book sets that they can check out. We also have more girl centered novels since we mostly have girls checking books out. I have also included more snacks for the kids so they can have stuff to eat if they are hungry and do not have anything to snack on!
