My students are currently learning to read and developing a love for reading. Having material on their level and that is of interest to them is key. If they find a book that is a topic they like, they try a lot harder to read it. That is why I have chosen books about Superheroes, Mercy Watson, sports, Pinkalicous, Pete the Cat, Baseball, Soccer, and many other titles/topics that they love.
I want to be able to provide each student with several books that they can take home to always have something to read.
