This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello kind donor, we are excited for our classroom's book project. Our students come from diverse cultural backgrounds and are part of a dual language immersion pre-k program.

Our little ones are becoming bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish.

Our classroom library corner needs to be stocked with books in both languages for students to have equal access to both languages. We are requesting children's books and lighting for our library corner. We will also need rechargeable batteries for the tabletop lamps.
