My Students

I have 27 wonderful 3rd graders in my class this year. They are resilient, kind and creative students. I've watched them navigate uncertainty and "unprecedented times" with grace and patience. Each year, month , and day comes with new challenges as we all face an ongoing pandemic.

But, they all rally together to make our classroom a bright, safe, loving place to be.

Despite challenges and hardships they are growing into kind friends and wonderful leaders.

My Project

These books will add to our growing classroom library. It is important that these developing readers want to read. It starts with them finding a book that looks interesting and appealing to them. These books will be used during our morning meeting to teach important social and emotional skills such as kindness and friendship.

It is important to have a variety of books so everyone can find something just right for them.
