My Students

I have the BEST students in the world, or at least that is what I like to think! My students are very hard working, love to read, and are great leaders! I love to help them be the best they can be!

Each day we work more and more to become better citizens of our classroom by practicing manners, being proactive, and working together.

Like a team, we are trying hard each day to make progress and reach our individual and class goals.

My Project

The items in my project will help me to individualize instruction for students. Each day, I challenge my students to do their personal best. In order for them to do their best, I need supplies that will help them meet their personal goals. The supplies I need to help individualize instruction are headphones, books, whiteboard markers, and whiteboard erasers. I will use these supplies to help in small group settings as well as for individual work. By using these things, I will be able to help my students on their own individual levels reach their individual goals.

As a teacher, it is my responsibility to assign my students the work that is on their level to help them make growth and to do that, I need to have my students do work on their own levels.

With the help of your donation, students will be able to use their whiteboards more often for small group instruction. I will also be able to have my students work independently during group time on programs or websites that I can use to ensure they are getting the appropriate support. In addition, by adding additional books to our classroom collection, we will be able to put more diverse and award winning books into my students' hands. We will also use the books to help in small group instruction for students as part of our reading groups.
