My students are a wonderful bunch of kids who have a love of learning! They are especially curious and enjoy reading books that help them discover the world around them. They love to explore different learning topics and are eager to learn more. When the students come to school, their thirst for knowledge is contagious and inspiring!
My Project
My students need books and science materials to enhance our science learning: What is Sound, Electrical Supply Kit, and National Geographic Animal Encyclopedia. My students are young scientists who also love to read. We will use these science books and materials to make connections between the world of literacy and science. When they make those connections it makes for a powerful learning experience. They will be used for years to come!
The students will be able to make connections between what we are learning in science and the real world. When they read about the science processes in books they will be able to experience the world right here in the classroom!
