I am a third grade reading teacher and a strong advocate for my students to become life long learners and readers. I am known for a wonderful classroom library not only for my current students but also for my former students. Any child may come into my room and borrow a book. My only requirement is they return it! It is based on the honor system. My request is for some bookcases because since we moved to our new school I have not been able to unpack my 14 boxes of books! I only have 2 small bookcases that hold textbooks and there is not enough room for the children's books. My kids keep digging into the boxes and the books are all mixed up and we NEED bookcases! They want to know when we are getting some! Please consider my proposal so we can keep up our reading and not slide back wards! Thank you so much for your time!
