Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have recently joined a new kindergarten class at a new school mid-year and the classroom library is severely lacking! My new class has 17 students who are eager to learn and are excited to begin reading. My goal is to provide them with a classroom library that will help them develop a love of reading and maintain it during our time together.

Most of the books in the library were either badly damaged or outdated and had to be removed from the classroom.

I am hoping to provide them with looks that will help them learn and grow both academically and as people.
