My Project

I have some students in my room who are reluctant to read chapter books and aren't getting exposed to rich plots. This is limiting their vocabulary and reading stamina. I want to provide books for a variety of students who will become lifelong readers.

The graphic novels allow for chapter books to come to life.

They encourage students to read chapter books by easing them into the length with the aid of pictures. The best way to become a better reader is to read and these books will motivate my students. The rug will give them a very cozy place to do the reading. Both the graphic novels and the rug will help to inspire readers in my room!
