Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a Kindergarten team, we will engage in team meetings to build and create our community walk project. Our Bookmaking project will engage both our students in reflection about their experiences in the Community. Each student will create a part in a class book about the community. Together we will create individual class books and each student will receive a copy of the published book. Funding will support the book-making component of this project.
This project will support family engagement at BVHM.
