This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help me organize my classroom library with these colorful book bins! I will use these book bins to sort books in categories.

This project will help keep our classroom library organized and make it easy for my 1st graders to find books that are on their reading level.

Having an organized classroom library will also help students develop a strong passion for reading because they will be able to find books that they are interested reading with ease. My goal is to make picture labels and tape them to these bins. For example, one book bin will have a picture of farm animals and all of my farm animal books will be in that specific bin.
