This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Connecting home and school makes us a great community of learners! These book bags will help students be able to transport books from school to home easily. With these bags in hand, students can select books that are just right for them both in levels and interest, and be able to take home books. These students are in our reading program as well as English Language/Multilingual Learners.

With your help, this will provide students the opportunity to continue the love of literacy at home.

Students will be able to practice reading as well as share books with their family.
