My Students

I want to build a love for reading. I want students to always have their books accessible.

My students are a diverse group of students, both general and special education.

I'm working on helping them become organized. Giving them the proper supplies will help them on their journey of organization. By supplying them with these materials, we are guiding them down the right path.

My Project

We require our students to bookshop about 8-10 books a week. These are the books that they read for the week. Normally, we keep their books in a Ziploc bag. However, the problem with that is that the bags are thin and weak. After about two weeks, they start to rip and fall apart. This causes their books to fall out, become lost, and pages also get ripped. Having a strong and durable book baggie will ensure they don't lose their books and keep the books from getting destroyed as well.

The book bags will ensure that the students keep their books in one place and keep them from getting ruined.

These book bags will also help students become organized. They will learn that when you put something away in the same place everyday, you won't lose it.
