Body and Mind Connection for Gifted Kindergarten!

Help me give my students amazing movement breaks for left right brain connection, along with color copies, games and materials to stimulate and engage their learning.

My Project

The right left brain connection is incredibly important in how our early childhood students learn to read and write. Research has shown us that crossing the mid-line during whole body jumping is an incredible way to stimulate learning! Additionally, my students would love to see colors in their work, and would benefit from a color printer for color copies opposed to all black and white currently. They are incredibly intelligent children with few resources outside of what we can provide and I want them to have every advantage regardless of their current situations. We use positive reinforcement and they are incredibly motivated to socialize through games in centers with their friends. We don’t have many games and stem/building materials and they absolutely love to create and problem solve.
