My students walk in the door with smiling faces, asking questions about what we are going to learn each day. These children are ready to explore and learn! I work at a low-income school. I try to get most of the items we need for the classroom, but we still need more resources. In Kindergarten, we create connections and reinforce what was learned through games and activities! I am always looking for new ways to reinforce what was taught, so I can connect with every student. We are ready for an awesome school year! Thank you for looking at our project!
My Project
Board games are so much fun and provide many learning experiences for all learners. Students can practice taking turns, winning nicely, and losing gracefully. These are skills that need to be practiced because they do not come naturally to all students.
These board games will be used during developmental centers and indoor recess primarily.
These games will also be used during math time to practice counting and adding. There are so many different ways to incorporate board games into our day.
