My Students

I teach a group of amazing and curious third graders in South Jamaica, Queens. They are kind, inclusive, and eager to learn! My focus this year is to ensure that my students learning remotely, are getting the same quality education as the students learning in person.

My students are enthusiastic and dedicated and motivate me to try to create new and exciting ways to keep them engaged.

They are stepping up and rising to the challenges that this year has presented. Help me, help them!

My Project

There are so many amazing benefits to playing games! Board games can help students with their dexterity, coordination, and lengthen a child's attention span. Playing board games can help boost a chid's language development, and teach them life lessons!

Board games are an easy way to encourage healthy brain development and teach the value of teamwork!

Board games can also soothe anxiety and show children how to practice good sportsmanship. By playing board games, students learn to be resilient when things don't go their way. Please help me help me to boost my students' language development, and teach them useful life lessons!
