Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a Middle School teacher who is responsible for facilitating a social and emotional period with a group of thirty students, it is easy for them to become restless, argumentative, loud, and obsessed with looking at their phones. By purchasing these board games it is my hope that the students in my care will learn to appropriately socialize with one another, refrain from checking social media every five seconds, and get to know their fellow peers through fun, healthy, and engaging competition. Since this period of the day is designed to help students bond with one another, I can think of no better way to accomplish this than with the requested board games..
