My Project
Many of my students spend hours playing video games. But most of them don't play board games very often. I would like to give my students an opportunity to learn how to play several board games during after school enrichment programs. Playing board games is a simple way for children to get quality, screen-free time with friends. There are several benefits of playing board games. Board games build communication skills and help children with special needs. Board games also teach children how to follow instructions and learn to fail. They create healthy competition. These are just a few benefits of playing board games. I would like to give my students an opportunity to strengthen these skills and enjoy learning at the same time.
