This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I’m seeking funding for a classroom projector and a collection of educational board games that will support my special education students in the areas of reading, math, and social-emotional learning. Board games are a powerful and engaging way to teach important skills while making learning fun. Unfortunately, due to their high cost, our school budget cannot cover these materials. By incorporating these tools into our classroom, I know I’ll be able to better support both my current and future students. My goal of this project is to make learning fun and engaging.
