Help me give my students seeds and reacher grabber tools to create a beautiful space to smell the flowers and watch the flowers grow as they grow into their own unique individual person.

My students are special because not only are the odds against us they are stacked against us. My students come in ready to learn every single day with a face of determination. My students are special because they don’t give up, our favorite saying is good, better, best, never let it rest. We’ve been working so hard to master long division, in particular, this means every “free moment” we meet for remediation i.e. during breakfast and snack time to practice the skill. Students at my school are special because they love learning. My students are special because they look forward to coming to school to learn new things. My students are special because we work as a community to reach our goals.
Luther Burbank said, “Flowers always make people better, happier and more helpful; they are sunshine, food, and medicine for the soul”. Our students are going to take the materials to not only clean the community that surrounds our school but plant flowers. We plan to make a cleanup project that focuses on pollution and "creating a ripple effect".
Children are never too young to learn/engage in community service.
Our school is located in the center of the city of Camden and unfortunately, our school grounds have a lot of liters. We want to teach our students community service at the age of nine and ten years old. We want to show our students the effect that they have. The materials will also help us plant a beautiful garden that students can watch blossom as young children who are still blossoming. This garden will be a space where students will feel a sense of pride and ownership. It will also allow us to integrate the outdoors into our curriculum.
This project will create a sense of pride and community in and outside of our school.
