My Project
I service a high-needs, low-income special education population. They love to participate in hands-on activities as they learn important lessons and skills. I enjoy their enthusiasm and curiosity in exploring new topics. This spring, I would love for my students to be able to observe and take part in the life cycle of butterflies.
The butterflies in the classroom kit will not only allow my students to take an active role in each phase of the life cycle and observe the wonders of metamorphosis, but also develop important character traits such as responsibility and patience.
