Help me give my students an iPad to help the nurse monitor blood sugar.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Cooper's classroom raised $609

My Project
I am the school nurse in a small, rural Title I elementary school on the outskirts of Georgetown, South Carolina. It is home to approximately 300 students in grades Pre-K through fifth grade. Most of these students are from lower-income, single-parent, or blended families and face many daily challenges that are out of their control.
The students here at SES are amazing little individuals who are very energetic and ready to learn.
As the school nurse, my goal is to make sure the students are healthy and ready to learn.
With the help of an iPad, I will be able to monitor my diabetic students who use a continuous glucose monitoring system. This is done by downloading the appropriate app that corresponds with their CGM, allowing me to view their blood sugar at that current time. An iPad will decrease the number of health room trips, resulting in uninterrupted instruction time for my diabetic students.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
