My Students
Kindergartners are inquisitive and engaged learners. They love to learn! My kindergartners are eager to explore the world around them. They are also 21st Century Learners. Having access to high-quality hands-on STEAM materials that provides an interactive learning component is essential.
My students are enthusiastic, curious, and engaged.
They are hands-on learners. Some of my students speak another language at home and several qualify for special education modifications.
Our school is a new school that is still building its curriculum and materials. We are a STEAM school, meaning we explore various scientific concepts through hands-on, integrated projects. My Kindergartners are fully immersed in a scientific concept and topic throughout the school day. An important part of their learning is through hands-on explorations and technology. By giving them access to Blocks Rock they will be able to enhance their traditional learning experiences with engineering challenges and integration of technology. They will have hands-on, 3-dimensional experiences to support their engineering skill development.
My Project
Our classroom is a STEAM learning environment. We work hard to integrate STEAM into all of our curriculum areas. We also work hard to have many different STEAM materials available during or STEAM challenge learning times, and our free choice time each day.
Blocks Rock are the perfect, hands-on STEAM material.
With the additional iPad app, students can explore engineering and use technology. Blocks Rock materials seamlessly integrate engineering and technology and provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences for my students.
Blocks Rock also support hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, visual perceptual skills, and creativity! My students can't wait to explore and experience new materials to help them become rockstar engineers. Blocks rock!
