The block area is always the biggest area in the classroom. This is where the biggest creations come alive! Children use creativity, flexibility, and inventiveness to make their visions come true. But the lock area doesn’t always have to be about blocks. There are so many wonderful additions children can use to help them explore the world we live in.
Help me give my children extra materials to use in the block area so they can bring their explorations to the next level!
My children love cars! We only have 5 plastic cars in our classroom right now which is not nearly enough for a room full of children to share. I have requested two additional sets of cars and a garage for them to use. They love putting train tracks together. I have requested a roadway set they can build to drive their cars on for a new challenge. We have a crane that was a little too well-loved. I have requested a new one so the children can continue to explore with simple machines.
My children overcome obstacles everyday to come to school! Help me give them the materials they deserve to have a fun learning environment in school!
