My Project

I teach 6th grade at a high-poverty school with mostly Native American students. Many of my students come to school facing challenges that most people don’t see like not having deodorant, clean clothes, or basic hygiene items. These small things can make a big difference in their confidence, comfort, and ability to focus in class. When students feel cared for, they’re more likely to succeed.

I want to create a Blessing Closet a safe, discreet space where students can pick up what they need without fear or embarrassment.

Whether it’s a new toothbrush, a warm sweatshirt, or a fresh pair of socks, your donation will directly support students’ well-being and sense of dignity.

Your support shows these students that someone believes in them and cares about their future. Thank you for helping create a classroom and community where every child feels seen, supported, and ready to learn.
