Help me give my students a blender to make and sell healthy smoothies or batidos, according to state nutrition standards, to fund our after-school Multicultural Club.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students in our after school English Learners club, "El Club," make films and media on Tuesdays, and pursue multicultural endeavors every third Thursday - including "Boxeo y Batidos." Batidos are fruit smoothies.
A Ninja blender has the capacity and power to make quality smoothies in bulk - we seek funding to fulfill this mechanical need to our worldly smoothie making activities.
A new ninja blender would be dedicated to making smoothies for our multicultural club for English Learners. Students will also be able to use the blender to make and sell the healthy smoothies to fund further club activities like our cooking and dancing lessons, and media production.
This will alleviate the need to borrow my wife's blender, and help students sell fruit smoothies in accordance with state nutrition standards and food sales policies at our school. Students have already outfitted the top level of my art cart to make smoothies, also incorporating a chalkboard menu display. We have refined a strawberry recipe thus far, and look to expand to pineapple.
