My Students

OES is located in Richmond, Texas just outside of Houston, in a rapidly growing neighborhood. Our students come from diverse backgrounds. All our students are eager to learn. The use of technology in the library excites the students and allows them to take control of their learning.

Blended learning is being implemented throughout our district and 2 iPads will help the students learn in our ever-changing world.

They will be able to interact with each other in a safe online environment.

My Project

Blended learning is an educational approach that combines online learning and traditional learning in the classroom. Students have more control of what they learn and how they learn. Blended learning also prepares them for higher education and real-world jobs. IPads will help blended learning to be implemented in the library for all students to use.

The iPads will be used to implement blended learning in the library.

Students will be able to interact with each other in a safe online environment. They will also be able to go on virtual field trips and choose methods of learning which most interest them.
