Black History Past February

Help me give my students access to books that will explore Black spaces and Black ideas to continue Black History throughout the entire year.

My Project

These books will encourage thoughts and ideas among our youth and hopefully expand past the classroom. In addition to these books, I have included snack packs because food scarcity has been a major issue for my students this year. I want to have available storage of healthy options for students to pick from as they struggle with access to food. The combination of books and food with this project will help bring equity to our students in terms of having enough food and also having books that reflect who they are and what they experience.
