My Project

I am continuing to build an amazing collection of quality picture books for my elementary theme boxes. Kindergarten, first and second-grade teachers use my theme boxes each week. They are so loved by the students. I provide bins of theme books with cross-curricular learning materials. Teaching from books can be very powerful especially when the students really enjoy the read-aloud. I love providing books of interest for children. This is why I am asking for a variety of books such as, "Human Computer: Mary Jackson, Engineer", "Carter Reads the Newspaper: The Story of Carter G. Woodson, Founder of Black History Month" and more. The students love learning about popular figures in history and uplifting stories. This collection of books will be perfect in March!
