My Project
Imagine trying to focus on a lesson with a growling stomach—it's nearly impossible. That’s the daily reality for many of my students. I teach a diverse group of bright and creative learners who often come to school without a snack or enough fuel to keep them energized throughout the day.
This project will help stock our classroom with a variety of healthy, kid-friendly snacks such as crackers, pretzels, and Slim Jims.
These snacks will be available to any student who needs a little pick-me-up to stay focused and ready to learn.
With your generous support, we can create a classroom environment where no student has to worry about being too hungry to succeed. These snacks will not only support their learning but also help build a community of care and kindness where students know their needs are recognized and met.
