My Project

I teach an amazing group of Bilingual learners in a high needs area. As a teacher, I've seen how hunger and food insecurity can impact my students' ability to learn. When their basic needs aren't met, it's hard for them to focus on academics. That's why I'm passionate about providing snacks and food for my students.

With full bellies, they'll be able to concentrate, participate, and engage in class without distraction.

They'll be able to think critically, solve problems, and absorb new information with ease. Most importantly, they'll feel seen, heard, and cared for, which will boost their confidence and self-esteem.

By fueling their minds and bodies, we can 'Feed the Future' of our young learners! With your support, we'll provide healthy snacks and meals that will help my students achieve the following key goals:

- Improved attendance and punctuality

- Enhanced focus and engagement in class

- Increased participation and confidence

- Better academic performance and grades

- Stronger social connections and sense of community

By providing snacks and food, we're not just filling bellies, we're fueling potential. We're giving our students the energy and support they need to succeed, and I believe that with your help, we can make a real difference in their lives.
