My Project

First-grade students, at our school, are learning about birds. Our teachers are using mentor texts, during the shared reading experience, to help our students learn how to become better readers. Help us spark our children's interest in birds by donating to this project! How can children learn more about birds? By watching birds at the classroom bird feeder.

Your generous donation will help 11 teachers ignite a love for reading in the classroom!

Can you think of a better way to teach children about birds? This project will allow 11 classrooms to watch birds from the window as they learn more about birds from the books they are reading in the classroom.
